1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trust Wallet Card services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trust Wallet Card.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have a compatible non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, and not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited or restricted by law, including countries subject to international sanctions.

3. Account and Wallet Connection

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any credentials used to access the Services. We never request or store your private keys or seed phrases. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your card or account.

4. Card Services

Trust Wallet Card is issued by licensed financial institutions pursuant to authorizations from Visa International and Mastercard Worldwide. Card usage is subject to applicable cardholder agreements, fee schedules, and transaction limits. We reserve the right to modify card features, limits, and fees with reasonable notice.

5. Transactions and Conversion

When you make a purchase, the equivalent amount in your selected cryptocurrency is converted to fiat currency at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates are provided by our regulated liquidity partners. Standard network fees (gas fees) may apply for on-chain settlements.

Crypto rewards are earned on eligible purchases according to the current rewards schedule. Rewards are credited in the cryptocurrency of your choice. We reserve the right to modify the rewards program, including reward rates and eligible categories, with notice to cardholders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Wallet Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. The value of cryptocurrencies may fluctuate significantly, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your card by disconnecting your wallet. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction based on the card issuer's registered office. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
